Sign and Submit on behalf of a Prescriber
If you have been delegated by a Prescriber to be able to sign Enrolment Forms, digital Prior Authorization Forms, or Documents on their behalf you will be able to sign and submit through Auxita.
The Healthcare Provider must first submit an official request to add a delegate. This is done by sending a medical directive to Auxita for authorization at help@auxita.com
NOTE If there are multiple Prescribers in your Facility, make sure the Prescriber is selected in the dropdown for whom you are authorized to sign on behalf of, or you will not be able to sign.
