My Consent Link is Expired (Patient)

An email or text message will prompt a patient to complete their consent to a program or reimbursement request. However, after 48 hours (2 business days) the consent link expires.

undefined-Feb-21-2024-05-52-29-2278-PM NOTE If you see a message that your Consent link expired, you should contact your Healthcare Provider or Patient Support Program to resend the link for you to complete your consent.

Once a link is expired, a patient will receive a "consent link expired" memo, and asked to reach back out to their PSP for assistance.
