An email or text message will prompt a patient to complete their consent to a program or reimbursement request. However, after 48 hours (2 business days) the consent link expires.
NOTE If you see a message that your Consent link expired, you should contact your Healthcare Provider or Patient Support Program to resend the link for you to complete your consent.
NOTE Once you request a new link from your Patient Support Program you will be prompted with the steps to complete the consent request.
