How to Send a One-Time Use Code

Auxita offers a secure way for prescribers without a user account to access our prior authorization forms independently of program enrolment. A one-time use code can be sent to the prescriber, allowing them to complete the enrolment process securely.

Patient Support Programs can now easily send a prior authorization form to Prescribers, even if they don't have an Auxita user account.

To find out how to start a prior authorization with Auxita, see the following article: How to initiate a Digital Prior Authorization

Once you initiate the prior authorization, select the prescriber you want to send the prior authorization to from the drop-down menu.

Pencil icon NOTE Those who have subscribed to Auxita will have an icon next to their name in the drop-down menu to indicate they are a user. Anyone without the user icon will be sent a One Time Use Code.

Selecting the prescriber in the drop down is shown here.

Once the prescriber, drug and PA form are selected, click on Next.
