[Additional Forms](https://help.auxita.com/additional-forms?hsLang=en-ca) June 15, 2026 # Additional Forms - Review and Summary Statistics ## Select users will have access to the Review and Summary tabs within the Overview section of Auxita. These tabs display various statistics about Additional Forms based on filters. #### **Review** The **Review** tab contains all **In Progress** Additional Forms.   Use the filter to choose the **Type** of Form, or a specific **Form** by name.   ![Lightbulb icon](https://partners.auxita.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge/Lightbulb%20icon.png?width=24&height=22&name=Lightbulb%20icon.png) **TIP** **Advanced filters** allow you to narrow your search by status even further. ![Advanced filters with dropdown menus for filtering/refining search.](https://partners.auxita.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-29-2025-03-09-08-7964-PM.png?width=354&height=109&name=image-png-Oct-29-2025-03-09-08-7964-PM.png) **Unselect All** may be used to clear the chosen filters.  ![Review tab, showing the filters and form type](https://partners.auxita.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-29-2025-03-20-59-2039-PM.png?width=670&height=299&name=image-png-Oct-29-2025-03-20-59-2039-PM.png) The **Statistics** at the top of the page can be filtered by YTD (Year to Date) or MTD (Month to Date) and reflect the **Type** or **Form** selected.  You’ll see the total number of requests created in the selected time period as well as counts for any requests that were completed in the selected time period.   ![Filtered to YTD (year to date)](https://partners.auxita.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-18-2025-11-31-45-0662-PM.png?width=670&height=98&name=image-png-Jun-18-2025-11-31-45-0662-PM.png) Changing the time period updates the **Statistics**.  ![Filtered to MTD (month to date)](https://partners.auxita.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-18-2025-11-31-51-3079-PM.png?width=670&height=99&name=image-png-Jun-18-2025-11-31-51-3079-PM.png) #### **Summary** The **Summary** tab only displays Additional Forms that have been moved to the **Completed** stage.  Similarly, you can choose to filter by **Type** or **Form**.   Select the **Type** and/or **Form**, then adjust the timeframe using Year, Month (including “Full Year”), or quarterly options (Jan–Mar, Apr–Jun, Jul–Sep, Oct–Dec).
