View Appointment Reports​

Auxita allows pharmacy staff to view all upcoming appointments scheduled.​ Pharmacy staff can also use Auxita to analyze the appropriate amount of medication needed based on appointment reports and adjust accordingly. ​

The Pharmacy receives an email notification prompting them to log in and download the PDF report generated in Auxita. ​

​To open the Appointment reports:​

  1. Auxita will prompt you with a link once you’ve received a notification.​
  2. From the Schedule Section, click the week from the calendar and select the correct Prescriber or All Prescribers.​
  3. Under REPORTS, click on the pink line for Appointment List.​
  4. A PDF opens with details pertaining to the upcoming Appointments.​

undefined-Jun-26-2023-03-41-00-8972-PM NOTE The Create Appointment List button will be active and pink when there are new scheduled appointments that have not been included in the report. ​

The Create Appointment List button is grey when all appointments have been included in the report. ​

The button will not be visible at all during the current week, as Appointment Lists can only be generated in advance. The Pharmacy should compare the appointments in the day view to the most recently generated report in case any last-minute appointments were added in the current week.
