Understanding Summary Cards for Additional Forms
Within the Overview section of Auxita, some users will see the Review and/or Summary tabs. These tabs contain Summary Cards for Additional Forms that are in progress or complete.
Summary Cards display an overview of details that were completed on the digital form. The left side of the card displays any lab values, scores or other measurements that are present on the form. The right side of the card displays any other fields that were configured by Auxita to be displayed here.
You can always open and view the entire form by clicking on the Form button in the top right corner. Here, you also can see/view the Comments and Attachments on this form.

Hovering over any date field displays the type of date.
You can use the action buttons along the bottom of the card to change the Assigned To user, or to change the state of the form.

- The pink “call to action” button completes the current stage of the workflow and moves the form into the next stage of the pre-defined workflow.
