Track the Status of a Prior Authorization

Once a Prior Authorization has been initiated, you can track the status in the Patient’s Profile.

  1. Find the patient in the main Search bar or open their profile from the Patients section.

  2. The status of a patient’s Reimbursement​ is tracked under the Program Overview tab below any active Enrolments in the Programs tile.

A green check mark Icon indicating 'complete' means this step was completed on the status table.
