Once a Prior Authorization has been initiated, you can track the status in the Patient’s Profile.
- Find the patient in the main Search bar or open their profile from the Patients section.

The status of a patient’s Reimbursement is tracked under the Program Overview tab below any active Enrolments in the Programs tile.
TIP When you see the loading icon as seen in the example above, it indicates the status of what is currently pending.
A green check mark means this step was completed on the status table.
