Set your Notification Preferences as a Patient

Learn how to set your notification preferences in Auxita as a patient. Notifications may be sent when updates are made to your enrolment, reimbursements or when you receive messages from a Patient Support Program.

If you do not have an Auxita account, you may still receive SMS and Email notifications from your Healthcare Provider or the Patient Support Program. Creating an Auxita account allows you to choose how you prefer to be notified of any changes to your enrolment or reimbursement status or other key program information.
  1. Log into your Auxita account, and click on Settings, the cogwheel in the left-hand menu. 
  2. Scroll to the Notification Preferences tile. 
  3. Select from the following options:
    • No notification (default)
    • Email
    • SMS

Pencil icon NOTE If you select No Notifications, you will still receive an Email or SMS if the Health Care provider requires your consent on the Enrolment or Reimbursement forms. Or if the Patient Support Program needs you to share any insurance or medical documents with them to assist in getting coverage.
