A transmission of an Enrolment Form to a Patient Support Program (PSP) may fail. If this occurs, the form needs to be resubmitted through Auxita.
The submission of an enrolment form may fail for various reasons:
- The recipient’s line is busy.
- The fax number is incorrect and needs to be updated by Auxita Support.
- The connection to the Patient Support Program is not working (for integrated programs).
- There is an issue with the internet connection.
You are notified that an Enrolment Form has failed in 2 locations within Auxita:
- On the Programs Status Table
- On the Patient Overview
Programs Status Table
In the Programs section, on the Status Table, if there are any failed transmissions, you will see a filter titled “Failed”.
Resubmit the Failed Enrolment
Click the ellipses on the left of the failed enrolment and choose Resubmit Enrolment.
This will resend the enrolment form to the Patient Support Program.
Patient Overview
In the Patients section, under the Program Overview tab, the enrolment tile displays the current Enrolment Status for each submission to a Patient Support Program.
When a submission is successful, there is a green checkmark at the Submitted to Program stage.
A red exclamation point will indicate when a submission is unsuccessful, as shown in the image above.
Resubmit the Failed Enrolment
On the left of the enrolment tile there is a warning message.
Click here, resends the enrolment form to the Patient Support Program.
NOTE Only a Health Care Provider user can resend a failed enrolment. If you are logged into Auxita as any other type of user, you can see that the enrolment failed, but will not have the warning message to resend.
TIP If the enrolment form does not successfully submit to the PSP after attempting to resend it. Please contact Auxita Support at help@auxita.com
Auxita Support is also notified when an enrolment form fails and attempts resubmission on your behalf.
