Obtaining consent from a patient may require resending the consent email.
Steps on how to send a patient consent email
- Search for the specific patient you are looking to send the consent email to.
- Go to the Patient’s profile.
- Locate the program for which the Patient Consent is required. Click Resend Patient Consent on the enrolment card.
- An automated email is directly sent to the patient.
TIP Once a consent email is resent, the patient has 72 hours to sign before it expires and needs to be resent.
NOTE The patient must have a valid email address recorded within Auxita. This information is located in the demographics tile of the patient’s profile.
