Resend a Patient Consent Email

Obtaining consent from a patient may require resending the consent email.

Steps on how to send a patient consent email 

  1. Search for the specific patient you are looking to send the consent email to. 
  2. Go to the Patient’s profile.  
  3. Locate the program for which the Patient Consent is required. Click Resend Patient Consent on the enrolment card.  
  4. An automated email is directly sent to the patient.
