Managing Referral Workflow Preferences: How to Opt In or Out.
Referral Workflows streamline the process of submitting multiple Patient Support Program (PSP) enrolment forms through a designated point of contact (Referral Representative).
Healthcare Providers have the option to participate in a Referral Workflow and can choose the specific enrolment forms that are appropriate for their patients. These forms are then delivered to the PSP by the Referral Representative on behalf of the provider.
Healthcare Providers need to log into Auxita to opt in or out of a Referral Workflow.
Opting Into a Referral Workflow
Navigators will only see Referral Workflow options for the Partner in which they are associated to.
- Click on Settings from the navigation pane and scroll to Referral Workflow.
- Choose a Referral from the list.
-
You will see a list of enrollment forms that can be included in this referral. You can either Select All to include all forms, or check the boxes next to the individual forms you want to submit with this referral.
- Click Save Changes once you have made your selection.
-
After saving your selection, you are prompted to consent to share patient information with the Referral Representative for the purposes of enrolment.
-
Apply your signature or manually sign the terms & conditions and click.
NOTE If you choose to add or remove enrolment forms from this referral workflow or opt into a different Referral Workflow you will need to re-sign the terms & conditions.
Now, whenever selecting Complete Referral for one of the selected forms from the Referral Workflow, you are no longer submitting the form directly to the program but sending the enrolment form to the Referral Representative to review all necessary documentation on your behalf.
Opting Out of a Referral Workflow
