Logging in to Auxita

Log in to Auxita once your account has been created to manage enrolment to Patient Support Programs, digitally capture consent and information required for insurance coverage, and more!

Enter your Email address (username) and Password.

Pencil iconNOTE Auxita stay logged in for up to 12 hours at a time, but you can log out whenever you like. Logging out is a simple way to keep your account and information safe. 

If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot password?" This will trigger an email to your inbox with the steps to reset your login.
