How to use the Schedule Section​

The Schedule section allows you to create appointments for injections. Healthcare Providers can also communicate directly with the pharmacy by sending appointment lists and creating reconciliations.​

In this section – the Clinic can:​

  • Add an appointment for a patient​
  • View the schedule, by week​
  • View a summary of the weeks that need to be reconciled or have been reconciled​
  • Complete the reconciliation of appointments to indicate if an injection was administered or not​
  • Generate an Appointment List that is sent to the pharmacy by email notification​
  • Generate a Reconciliation List that is sent to the pharmacy by email notification​

In this section - the Pharmacy can:​

  • Add an appointment for a patient​
  • View the schedule, by week​
  • Review any future or upcoming Appointment reports​
  • Review previous and recently completed, or outstanding Reconciliations reports​
