How to use the Schedule Section​

The Schedule section allows you to create appointments for injections. Healthcare Providers can also communicate directly with the pharmacy by sending appointment lists and creating reconciliations.​

In this section, the Clinic can​

  • Add an appointment for a patient​.
  • View the schedule by week​.
  • View a summary of the weeks that need to be reconciled or have been reconciled​.
  • Complete the reconciliation of appointments to indicate if an injection was administered or not​.
  • Generate an Appointment List that is sent to the pharmacy by email notification​.
  • Generate a Reconciliation List that is sent to the pharmacy by email notification​.

In this section, the Pharmacy can​

  • Add an appointment for a patient​.
  • View the schedule by week​.
  • Review any future or upcoming Appointment reports​.
  • Review previous and recently completed, or outstanding, Reconciliations reports​.
