How to use the Additional Forms Comments Section

Within an Additional Form, you can add comments or questions for other users in the designated comments section. These internal notes are shared securely within the Auxita platform to facilitate communication among users involved in the patient’s circle of care. 

How to manage comments 

  1.  Begin by opening the Additional Form and scrolling to the bottom of the page.  
  2. Within the text box, type your comment and click Add Comment.  

    The additional form comment box available for entry. 

  3. You can edit or delete your own comments by clicking the pencil icon to make changes or the trash can icon to remove them. Comments created by other users cannot be edited. 

    A comment is visible from one user, with a reply from the current user. Next to the current user’s comment is an edit or delete icon.
