The activities section displays a detailed overview of all actions taken on a particular patient as well as who completed them.
To find the Activity Section, begin by opening a patient’s profile.
NOTE The Activity section is located toward the bottom of the patient’s profile.
The Activity section shows all the activities related to the Patient, such as enrolments in the Patient Support Program, prior authorizations, and updates to the patient's profile.
NOTE From the Activity Section, a submitted enrolment form can also be viewed or deleted by clicking the Attachment icon button 
and selecting Enrolment Form.
When making a change to an insurer the Activity table will display the edit with arrows that can be clicked on to view the changes that occurred.
