How to use Prior Authorization Comments

Within a Prior Authorization Form, you can add comments or questions for other users in the designated comments section. These internal notes are shared securely within the Auxita platform to facilitate communication among users involved in the patient’s circle of care.

How to manage comments

  1. Begin by opening the Prior Authorization form and scrolling to the bottom of the page
  2. Within the Enter text here box, type your comment and click Add Comment to publish the comment.

  3. You can edit or delete your own comments by clicking the pencil icon to make changes or the trash can icon to remove them. Comments created by other users cannot be edited.
