How to use Prior Authorization Comments

Comments help physicians, clinic teams, and program staff to collaborate on Prior Authorizations.

Steps on how to manage comments  

  1.  Begin by scrolling to the bottom of the form and enter the details in the Enter text here box.

  2. Once comments have been added, make sure to click Add Comment to publish the comment.  
  3. To edit or delete a comment, simply click the pencil icon to modify a comment or the garbage icon to delete a comment.
