On an enrolment form, you can include questions or commentary in the comments section. These comments are only used internally within the Auxita platform to communicate with other clinics and program staff.
The comments feature helps physicians and staff members collaborate on Enrolment forms.
Steps on how to manage comments
1. Begin by scrolling to the bottom of the Enrolment page and enter the details in the Enter text here box.
2. Once comments have been added, make sure to click Add Comment to publish the comment.
3. To edit or delete a comment, simply click the pencil icon to modify a comment or the garbage icon to delete a comment.
NOTE The comments you type in the text box are visible to anyone who has access to the existing form in progress.
NOTE Comments remain visible after the form is submitted to the Patient Support Program.
