How to use the Enrolment Comments Section

Within an Enrolment Form, you can add comments or questions for other users in the designated comments section. These internal notes are shared securely within the Auxita platform to facilitate communication among users involved in the patient’s circle of care.

How to manage comments 

1. Begin by scrolling to​ the bottom of the Enrolment page and enter the details in the Enter text here box and click Add Comment to publish the comment.

After scrolling to the bottom of the enrolment, a comment section appears for internal comments to be left when using the platform.

3. You can edit or delete your own comments by clicking the pencil icon to make changes or the trash can icon to remove them. Comments created by other users cannot be edited.

Once a comment is left, the user will be given the option to edit or delete the comment left

NOTE The comments you type in the text box are visible to anyone who has access to the existing form. 

NOTE Comments remain visible internally even after the form is submitted to the Patient Support Program.
