How to Send a Secure Message as a Patient

Learn how to send a secure message to the Patient Support Program (PSP).

  1. Log into your Auxita account and click on Home to view your dashboard.

  2. Click on Messages from the tabs along the top.

  3. Click on the New Message button to start a new message. 

  4. Enter a subject and type your message.

  5. If you are enrolled in multiple programs, select the program or drug name from the corresponding dropdown. 

  6. If you have a dedicated program representative, click the ATTENTION dropdown and select their name from the list. 

  7. Click Send.

If you  need to discard the message draft at any time, click the trash can in the top-right corner of the message.

Secure Messaging is only available for participating Patient Support Programs. All messages go to the Patient Support Program team. Messages are not sent to physicians.
