[Enrolment](https://help.auxita.com/healthcare-providers-prescribers?hsLang=en-ca#enrolment) April 21, 2026 # How to Send an Enrolment to an Alternate Recipient ## Prescribers and their delegates have the flexibility to direct Enrolment Forms to an alternate recipient by entering an alternative fax number. By default, **Enrolment** Forms are sent directly to the Patient Support Program (PSP). However, you have the option to choose the destination, allowing you to send an Enrolment form to a Specialty Pharmacy or another preferred location. #### **Steps to Change to an Alternate Recipient:** 1. Once the form is complete and the signature has been collected, select the dropdown menu and choose **Alternate Recipient.![Hover mouse over Submit to Program button and it will display a secondary option of Alternate Recipient](https://partners.auxita.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/undefined-Jul-08-2024-06-02-13-8167-PM.png?width=234&height=116&name=undefined-Jul-08-2024-06-02-13-8167-PM.png)** 2. In the displayed window, enter the fax number where you want to receive the Program Enrolment form and click **Submit** to send the fax. ![Window displaying the option to enter a Fax Number is available.
