If you need to annotate, do so externally before uploading the new version. If you’ve uploaded a document that isn’t in **PDF format** (e.g., a Word document), you can replace it with a new version at any time. Since non-PDF documents are solely for information and can't be annotated within Auxita, you might prefer annotating them using an external program. Click the **ellipsis** (**...**) next to the document you want to replace. 2. Click **Browse** to locate your new file, or drag and drop it into the upload area. 5.
