How to Opt out of a Referral Workflow

Users have the option to opt into or out of a referral workflow, depending on their needs. By opting out, the user ensures that future enrollment forms are not part of a referral group.

Healthcare Providers need to log into Auxita to opt in or out of a Referral Workflow.

Steps to opt out

1. Click on Settings from the navigation pane and scroll to Referral Workflow.

2. Click on the Trash can icon.

The trash icon is highlighted, indicating where to remove a referral workflow.

3. Click Remove to opt out of a Referral Workflow.

A confirmation window appears to confirm you want to continue to remove a referral workflow

NOTE To reactivate the referral process, go back to settings. You will be prompted to review and agree to the terms and conditions to opt back in again.
