How to Leave Comments on Documents
Within documents, you can add comments or questions for other users in the designated comments section. These internal notes are shared securely within the Auxita platform to facilitate communication among users involved in the patient’s circle of care.

How to manage comments
Within the Patients section, under the Documents tab, upload or select an existing document. Additionally, you can access Documents through the Programs section of Auxita.
To add a comment, click the ellipses and select View Document or click on the File Name to open the document. At the top of the document page there are options to add text, add signature, highlight, and add comments.
Click on the comment bubble to open the Comments section.
Enter the desired text, and click Submit to publish a comment.
You can edit or delete your own comments by clicking the pencil icon to make changes or the trash can icon to remove them. Comments created by other users cannot be edited.
To review any comments, click the comment icon.
NOTE The comments you type in the text box are visible to anyone who has access to the document.
NOTE These comments are exclusively stored within Auxita and are not integrated into the PDF itself.
