For example, a document categorized as Other can be changed to Travel Letter to ensure accurate classification and organization.   **![Pencil icon](https://partners.auxita.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge/Pencil%20icon.png?width=20&height=19&name=Pencil%20icon.png)NOTE** Only the **File Name** and **Document Type** can be edited. All other information, including patient name, status, attention, last updated by, and date and time, is read-only. #### **Steps to Edit the File Name or Document Type** 1. From either the **Patient Profile** or **Programs \> Documents** page, locate the document you want to update. 2.
