How to Assign an Additional Form to a Colleague
The user who initiates the Additional Form in Auxita is automatically assigned to it by default. However, the form can be reassigned to another team member, or group of users for review and completion.
Steps to Assign a form to a Colleague

Start by opening the Additional Form from the Patient Profile or the Programs/Overview Section.
- In the bottom left corner of a form, open the Assigned To dropdown and choose either another user by selecting their name from the list, or a group of users from the User Groups.

When using the action buttons Save & Close or Advance, you also have the option to assign the form to another user or a group of users.

NOTE If the user you have assigned the form to has immediate notifications enabled, they will receive an email or SMS right away letting them know the form has been assigned to them. If the user does not have immediate notifications enabled, they will be notified in their Daily or Weekly summary email that an Additional Form has been assigned to them.
