How to Assign an Additional Form to a Colleague

The user who initiates the Additional Form in Auxita is automatically assigned to it by default. However, the form can be reassigned to another team member for review and completion. 

  1. Start by opening the Additional Form from the Patient Profile, Home section or the Programs/Overview Section.

  2. In the bottom left corner, open the Assigned To dropdown and choose another user by selecting their name from the list.

  3. Click Save & Close to keep the form in the current state. Alternately, use the white or pink call to action buttons to advance the form into a new state or stage.  

    Pencil icon NOTE If the user you have assigned the form to has immediate notifications enabled, they will receive an email or SMS right away letting them know the form has been assigned to them. If the user does not have immediate notifications enabled, they will be notified in their Daily or Weekly summary email that an Additional Form has been assigned to them.
