Manually Input Therapy Start Date
The Drug Therapy status can be added manually to the Patient Progress Status Bar and the date Drug Therapy was Started can be entered.
On the Enrolment Card for a Submitted Enrolment Form, click +Add Status.
In the Add Status window, there are three drop downs to select from, Status, Details and Date. First select the Status Drug Therapy. Under the details dropdown select Started; and finally add the date the patient started the therapy and click Save.
The Drug Therapy Status is then updated on the Enrolment Card to indicate the patient has begun therapy and the date is visible on the bottom left.
At any time, you can also set the Drug Therapy Details to be On Hold, Resumed, or Discontinued by clicking the +Add Status button again.

Storing Therapy Start Date from the Enrolment Form
If the Enrolment Form includes a date indicating the patient has already started therapy, Auxita will save and display the Therapy Start Date in the patient's Program Overview.
When filling in the Enrolment form details, you can indicate the date the patient began therapy.
Once the Enrolment is submitted, the Therapy Start Date is automatically stored on the patient’s Enrolment Card.
