How to Add a Patient’s Program ID
When editing a patient’s profile within Auxita, Patient Support Program Staff or Field Case Managers will be able to add a Program ID for patients who are already Enroled into a Program.
Pre-requisite: The patient must already be enrolled into a Patient Support Program.
In the Patients section of Auxita, under the Profile tab, there is an option to Add a Program Patient ID (if your user account has permission to do this).
NOTE All users will be able to view the Patient’s Program ID, when available. But only users who work for the Patient Support Program will be able to add or modify the Program ID.
First, select Edit Patient Details, then you will be able to click Add and a window appears to select the Program; note the Program will only appear in the dropdown menu if the patient has an enrolment form submittedwithin Auxita. Type in the unique ID and click Save to save the ID. Then click Save Changes to save the patient.
After a Program ID has been added, there will be two icons next to the ID, under Actions. The pencil icon can be used to edit, and the trash can to delete.
The Program Patient ID can now be used to identify the patient and included on Forms that require this information.
