How to Access Secure Messaging as a Patient
Review all messages from the Patient Support Program (PSP) securely, directly from your Auxita account.
You can send and receive messages directly from your Auxita account to the Patient Support Program that supports secure messaging.
View your messages
- Along the left-side menu in Auxita, click on Home.
- Click on Messages from the tabs along the top to jump to that section.
- New and unread messages appear in bold and are tagged with a coloured dot.
- Click on the message to view it.

- You can also use the ellipsis to view the message or mark it as read/unread.

Tip Auxita stores all messages in your Inbox, and displays the most recent at the top.
You can sort the messages by clicking on the headings in the messages table. If there are more messages to view, click the arrows at the bottom.
