[Patients](https://help.auxita.com/patients?hsLang=en-ca) January 8, 2026 # How to Access Secure Messaging as a Patient ## Review all messages from the Patient Support Program (PSP) securely, directly from your Auxita account. You can send and receive messages directly from your Auxita account to the Patient Support Program that supports secure messaging.   #### **View your messages** 1. Along the left-side menu in Auxita, click on **Home.** 2. Click on **Messages** from the tabs along the top to jump to that section. 3. New and unread messages appear in **bold** and are tagged with a coloured dot. 4. You can sort the messages by clicking on the headings in the messages table.
