[General](https://help.auxita.com/healthcare-providers-prescribers?hsLang=en-ca#general) November 28, 2025 # Difference Between Comments vs. Additional Notes Sections ## Defining the difference between the Comments vs Additional Notes section. #### **Comments Sections** During any form process (such as Enrolment, Prior Authorization, or other program forms), the **Comments** section is used for internal communication between PSP (Patient Support Program) staff and clinic staff.
