Difference Between Comments vs. Additional Notes Sections

Defining the difference between the Comments vs Additional Notes section.

Comments Sections

During the Enrolment or Prior Authorization process, the Comments section is used to communicate internally with PSP (Patient Support Program) staff or other Clinic Staff.  

Comments are not shared with patients and are not visible on the enrolment or Prior Authorization forms. ​

Additional Notes Section

The Additional notes section is a free text field for additional notes that will be visible on the allotted area of the enrolment or Prior Authorization forms.  

NOTE Not all forms will have the additional notes section, it will only be available on forms that have space for the notes to populate.  

The additional notes section can be used to add any additional detail about the form that needs to be shared with the Patient Support Program or insurance payer after submission to support the enrolment.
