[Patients](https://help.auxita.com/patients?hsLang=en-ca) January 6, 2026 # Completing a New Document Request (Patient) ## Upload supporting documentation securely through Auxita when requested to do so from a Patient Support Program. When a Patient Support Program requires you to provide them with documentation to assist with your enrolment in a PSP or for your insurance paperwork, they can request this document from you securely through Auxita.   First, you’ll receive an email like the one below. 1. Click **Confirm This is Me** to continue. Next, you will be shown the name of the Program requesting the information, the type of document they are looking for and a note about the ask.   **Patient Support Programs may request documents such as:**   - Insurance decision documents - Past pharmacy medication history - Power of Attorney documentation     4.
