The user who initiates the Prior Authorization is automatically assigned to it. To reassign it to another user: 1 . Open the **PriorAuthorizationForm**on the​ **PatientProfile**page or the **Programs**page. 2 . Select another user’s name from the list in the **AssignedTo**bar.​ 3 .
