How to Apply your Signature

Any item in Auxita that requires an authorizing signature, will display an Apply button in the signature field if a signature has been set.

Applying your Signature

  • Click  Apply
    • If prompted, enter your PIN; otherwise, the signature will populate automatically based on your account settings for signature setup

  • Your saved signature is automatically inserted into the signature field

Pencil icon NOTE  You also have the option to manually sign the signature field even if a signature has been saved.

undefined-May-16-2023-07-08-22-5918-PM TIP  If you have a PIN set up you will only have to enter it once per session. Once you log out of Auxita you will have to enter your PIN again upon your next login.
