The Pharmacy receives an email notification prompting them to log in and download the PDF report generated in Auxita.
To open the Reconciliation report
- Auxita will prompt you with a link once you’ve received a notification.
- From the Schedule Section click the week from the calendar and select the correct Prescriber or All Prescribers.
- Then, choose the day of the week the reconciliation was completed for.
- Scroll to the bottom of the day view, and under REPORTS, click on the pink line for Reconciliation List.
- You can review and download the PDF of that day’s completed reconciliations.
NOTE You’ll know a Reconciliation Report is available and up to date by the report icon on the day.
NOTE Under Reconciliations at the bottom of the page, the outstanding and complete sections will show what clinics are currently working on.
Outstanding means there are appointments in the indicated week that have not yet been reconciled by the clinic.
Complete means there are days in the indicated week that are fully reconciled, but a report has not yet been generated.
NOTE If you see an asterisk (*) next to the appointment time on your Reconciliation Report PDF this means the appointment is new and this is an updated version of a previous Reconciliation Report.
