Secure Messaging — Securely communicate with Patient Support Programs through Auxita which supports messaging.
Discharge Patient — When a patient is no longer part of a Patient Support Program for any reason, you can discharge them from the program through Auxita to change the status of their Enrolment.
Document Request & Annotation — Upload documents to share with a Patient Support Program (PSP), or a PSP may upload documents for you to sign securely through Auxita. You may also see requests from a PSP for you to upload a specific document they require. Annotations are now available when uploading documents. Patient Support Programs can also request documents or signatures on documents from patients, which are visible in their profile within Auxita.

Email Patient Consent – If Patient Consent is not collected in the office, the consent forms can be sent via email or SMS to the patient to complete digitally. The patient must have an email address or a mobile number saved on their Profile.

Digital Prior Authorization — Auxita has many of the Reimbursement forms required for a patient to get drug coverage.
How to Initiate a Digital Prior Authorization
PSP Staff Access to Auxita — In order to assist you with the enrolment process, collecting patient consent digitally and filling in the paperwork for insurance coverage, some Patient Support Programs have access to Auxita for the patients you’ve enrolled in their program.
Treatment Reports — Post-treatment infusion reports may be sent directly to Auxita as a PDF for you to view and/or download.
Allow Bulk Enrolment — Initiate several enrolment forms for a single drug at one time by uploading a patient list through Auxita’s import tool.
Specialty Pharmacy Staff Access to Auxita — In order to assist you with the enrollment and digital Prior Authorization process, Specialty Pharmacy Staff for this specific Program have access to Auxita for the patients you’ve enrolled in their program.
Additional Forms - In addition to Enrolment and digital Prior Authorization forms, users have access to additional digital forms that may be required for a patient to start treatment.
