# View your submitted PSP (Patient Support Program) forms.
## Learn how to view any submitted forms for enrolment in Patient Support Programs in the 'Programs' section in your Auxita account.
You can view submitted forms sent on your behalf to a support program by scrolling to the **Programs section** in your Auxita account.
1. Log in to your Auxita account, click on to **Home** to view your dashboard.
2. Click on to **Programs** from the tabs along the top to jump to the programs section.
3. On the program tile for a Patient support program you’ve been enrolled in, if there are submitted forms, you can click the appropriate button to view the PDF. There may be buttons for:
- - An Enrolment Form
- A Reimbursement Form
- A Patient Consent Form
 **TIP** The contact information for your **patient support program** is also in this section.
