Need a copy of data stored in Auxita’s Health Overview for your EMR?
Click the Summary button to download a PDF of the tiles visible on your screen or choose to fax yourself a copy to seamlessly file the document back to the patient’s Virtual Chart.
Generating a Summary of the Patient’s Health Overview is a quick way to keep your patient records up to date with any data entered into Auxita.
First, ensure you select the tiles you wish to include in the Summary. Auxita will only export the tiles and corresponding measurements that are visible on your screen.
Click the Filter button to the right of the Health Overview screen to choose the tiles you want visible.
Steps to Download or Fax a copy of a patients Measurement Summary
1. Click the Summary button.
2. A Measurement Summary appears for the selected patient. In the top right corner two options are available:
a. Download a copy
b. Fax a copy
3. The Download Button creates a PDF copy that is downloaded to your computer.
NOTE You can search for the downloaded file on your computer by looking up clinic-record-summary.
4. Fax me a copy allows you to send the Measurement Summary to the fax number configured for the prescriber so that the document can be filed in your EMR.
5. Select the desired recipient and click Send.
