Health Overview: How to export a Patient's Measurement Summary

Need a copy of data stored in Auxita’s Health Overview for your EMR?

The Summary feature allows you to download a PDF or fax a copy of a patient's Measurement Summary. This is a quick way to keep patient records up to date with measurements and health data recorded in Auxita.

Before generating a summary, ensure that the tiles you want to include are visible on the Health Overview page. Auxita only includes the tiles and corresponding measurements currently displayed on your screen.

To choose which tiles are displayed, click Filter on the right side of the Health Overview page.

Steps to Download or Fax a Patient's Measurement Summary

  1. Click Summary.

  2. A Measurement Summary will open for the selected patient.
  3. In the top-right corner, select one of the following options:
    • Download a copy: Downloads the Measurement Summary as a PDF to your computer.
    • Fax me a copy: Sends the Measurement Summary to a configured fax number for filing in the patient's EMR.In the top-right corner, select one of the following options:

  4. If selecting Fax me a copy, choose the desired recipient.

  5. Click Send.
