How to save a copy of an Additional Form

In progress or completed Additional Forms can be saved or downloaded to use outside of Auxita.

In Progress Forms 

  1. Begin by opening an in-progress Additional Form 
  2. At the bottom of the window, click Preview

  3. Right-click on the image and select “Save Image As...”
  4. You are then prompted to choose a location on your computer to save the file.

Completed Forms 

Once an Additional Form is completed, a PDF is generated of the final version.  

  1. Begin by opening an Additional Form that has been completed.
  2. In the top right-hand corner of the window, click the Download button.

  3. The file will download to your computer for you to use as needed.  

Pencil icon NOTE Downloading an in-progress or completed Additional Form only downloads a preconfigured version of the digital form that was filled in through Auxita. The activity, comments or attachments are not included in the downloaded file.
