How to Override the Status of Completed Additional Forms

Users with appropriate permissions can override the status of a completed Additional Form to ensure the correct status was recorded.

If you click on the ice cream menu for any completed Additional Form you may see the option for Update Status.  

The patient’s Completed additional forms are showing and the ellipses has been selected to show the options available. 

If you do not have this option, contact your administrator or Auxita support.  

When selected, in the Update Status window you are able to change the state of any completed Additional Form. If the form was completed with the wrong reason, or if it was completed by mistake and needs to be moved back to active you can adjust the details in this window.

If the option has an asterisk next to it, this means the form will remain completed. Options without an asterisk mean the form will become active again.  

A comment is always required when overriding the status.  

If you need to update the Assigned To user, you can select a new user from the dropdown.
