      How to Opt-in or out of Prior Authorization Reminders

      Users with Digital Prior Authorization (DPA) permissions in Auxita can opt to receive reminders for expirations, set by default to 90 days before expiry, accessible through a checkbox in settings.

      undefined-Feb-21-2024-05-52-29-2278-PM NOTE This feature will default to "ON" for users with this permission, however you can choose to toggle it on or off.

      Steps to opt-in or out the PA reminders

      1. Open the setting on the bottom left-hand side of Auxita. 
      2. Scroll to the bottom. 
      3. Enable EXPIRATION OF PATIENT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION by checking "Show reminders & include in daily summary emails".

      undefined-Feb-21-2024-05-52-29-2278-PM NOTE PA (Prior Authorization) expiration reminders are now included in the daily summary email sent by Auxita. 

      undefined-Feb-21-2024-05-52-29-2278-PM NOTE Once the notifications for expiring PA's are toggled on, they will display in section in the Home Dashboard (below the Awaiting Review tile). These notifications will remain visible until actioned.
