How to Complete Reconciliations
On the weekly appointment view, a list of patients to reconcile will be listed in pink.
Steps to Complete a Reconciliation
- Select the week view, then choose a specific date.
- A list of pending reconciliations will appear in order of scheduled Appointment time.

- In the top left, the Prescriber will appear, or you can select a prescriber from the dropdown menu if there is more than one in that facility.
- On the right side of the list, click the pencil icon to edit each appointment that requires reconciliation.
- Change the appointment status to either Administered, Cancelled, or Not Administered, choose the Actual Eye and add any notes about the patient to inform the Pharmacy. All previous appointment notes are shown in grey.

- Check the box Supplied from ward stock? If necessary, press Save.
- A check mark or an X will appear once reconciliation is complete to indicate the status and whether the drug was administered or not.

NOTE In the Status column, a check mark indicates the appointment was administered. An X indicates the appointment was cancelled or Not Administered.
