[Additional Forms](https://help.auxita.com/additional-forms?hsLang=en-ca) June 17, 2026 # How to Assign to a User Group ## You can reassign a form to a user group for review and completion within Auxita. **User groups** allow you to assign cases or tasks to multiple users at once, rather than selecting a single individual. All users included in the **user group** will have access to the assigned item, helping ensure coverage and reduce delays due to individual availability. **![undefined-Jul-21-2023-06-20-17-8672-PM-2](https://partners.auxita.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/undefined-Jul-21-2023-06-20-17-8672-PM-2.png?width=20&height=19&name=undefined-Jul-21-2023-06-20-17-8672-PM-2.png)NOTE** User group notifications can be configured in two ways: - Each user in the group receives a notification based on their individual notification settings. - Only the shared inbox email configured in Platform Admin receives the notification. #### **Steps to reassign a Form to a user group** 1. Open the form where the assignment is required. 2.
