[Appointments/Scheduling](https://help.auxita.com/pharmacy?hsLang=en-ca#appointments-scheduling) December 18, 2025 # Add an Appointment for a Patient ## Appointments should be created after a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy through Auxita. **There are two ways to add an appointment:**​ #### **Schedule page – week view** 1. On the **Schedule** page, select the week you are booking appointments for​. 2. Choose the **Prescriber** (if multiple in facility) from the dropdown​. 3. Click the **+** on the day you want to schedule the appointment and search for the patient. 4. Choose the **Prescription** from the dropdown and fill in the remaining details or notes to add the appointment. 5. Then click **Add.** 6. On a week that already has appointments scheduled, click on the pink line that indicates **Scheduled Patient(s).** 2. Click the **Add** button in the top right and search for the patient​. 3. Choose the **Prescription** from the dropdown and fill in the remaining details or notes to add the appointment. 4.
